Michigan Tech Ranks 25th in Latest AVCA Poll

Michigan Tech received 135 points in this week's poll, placing them 31 points behind No. 24 Barry (23-2) and 52 points Colorado School of Mines (20-3), who is the highest-placed team receiving votes.

Hueckstaedt had a monster performance against #14 Trine (Oct. 20), with 11 solo tackles and 13 assists for 24 total tackles. That broke the school record he set earlier in the season and is the third highest total in an MIAA game since 2000.

Widen posted a .679 hitting percentage from 19 kills (3.17 kills per set) on 23 attacking attempts and no errors, along with two digs and two total blocks.
