Ishpeming American Legion hosting annual community picnic for UP Honor Flight

The Lillian Larson American Legion Post 114 in Ishpeming is hosting its annual community picnic this Saturday, August 3.

The fun starts at noon at the American Legion, which is about one mile north of US-41 at 3050 CR 496.

There will be bounce houses, games, food, a dunk tank, and more. It's free to attend and fun for the whole family.

All the proceeds will go the U.P. Honor Flight. At last year's community picnic, about $2,000 was raised.
