HOUGHTON, Mi. The Michigan Tech men's basketball program has announced the addition of an exhibition game to the 2018-19 schedule. The Huskies will travel to NCAA Division I University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Thursday November 1st at 8 p.m. eastern time.
The Huskies closed 2017-18 with an overall record of 15-14 and advanced to their 21st appearance in the GLIAC Tournament under Head Coach Kevin Luke. The Huskies went 11-9 in the GLIAC and reached the semifinals for the 17th time by defeating Wayne State 88-74 on the road in the quarterfinals.
UW-Green Bay finished the 2017-18 campaign with an overall record of 13-20 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the Horizon League Tournament held at Little Caesars Arena. The Phoenix defeated Detroit Mercy 93-81 in the first round before falling to Wright State in the quarterfinals 87-72. The contest with the Huskies will be held in the Kress Center and tickets can be purchased by clicking here.
Michigan Tech basketball season tickets for the 2018-19 season are on sale now at the Central Ticket Office in the SDC (906-487-2073). In addition, tickets can be purchased online at buyhuskiestickets.com.
Basketball season ticket packages are $144 and include a reserved seat at all Huskies' basketball home games during the upcoming 2018-19 season. The schedule includes 13 regular season dates and 23 total games. At just over $11 per date, fans receive a 20 percent discount off individual game tickets which are $14 apiece.
