Wisconsin man pleads guilty to meth charges in Delta County

FORD RIVER TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLUC) - UPDATE: 8/22, 11:46 A.M.
A motion to dismiss was denied and Jason Anthony Myers pleaded guilty to controlled substance-posession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, 2nd or subsequent offense.
His sentencing is scheduled for November 25.
UPDATE: 4 PM - Jason Myers is charged with controlled substance-possession of meth/ecstasy, second offense.

A preliminary exam is scheduled for March 21.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday, March 5th at approximately 9:20 p.m., a deputy stopped a vehicle in Ford River Township for a traffic violation.

During the traffic stop, deputies discovered meth and items used for the distribution of meth.

A 25-year-old male subject of Menasha, Wisconsin was arrested and lodged at the Delta County Correctional Facility for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

His bond was set at $10,000.

The suspects name will be withheld pending his arraignment.
