Two teens involved in school break-in were sentenced, no public record available

LUCE COUNTY, Mich. (WLUC) - Two men involved in a school break-in at Tahquamenon Area Schools were sentenced Tuesday in Luce County Circuit Court.

Their sentences were not on public record.

Jeremy Depottey, 19, and Joshua Kimbler, 18, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering into a building with intent (10 year felony) and larceny in a building (4 year felony).

The break-in happened at the school in the early morning hours of Thursday, August 2. The Luce County Sheriff’s Department says three individuals stole several electronic devices, including Dell laptops.

The third suspect involved is a minor.
