TV6 has confirmed that the Travel Channel is coming to the Upper Peninsula next week.

Four U.P. locations have confirmed that they've been asked to possibly be featured in "Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations". Thill's Fish House, the Vierling and Lawry's Pasty Shop in Marquette said they've gotten calls from Travel Channel producers over the past two weeks.

The owner of Trenary Home Bakery in Trenary said camera crews are coming Monday morning to get footage of his business.

TV6 originally reported that management from Irontown Pasties also spoke to producers from the Travel Channel. We now know that's not the case. According to management, they aren't being featured by the Travel Channel, but the Minneapolis Star Tribune was in Thursday trying their pasties.
