Divers were sent out today to continue the search for the missing people who were swept into Lake Superior last Tuesday.

The nine person diving team is using sonar and tow bars to search Black Rocks and surrounding areas.

Marquette City Police and Michigan State Police will go out today and tomorrow to cover as much area as they can.

Divers were out searching today until dark.

They only have a two day window where the weather will be good enough for the team to search.

After that the search will continue as long as the department has leads and the weather clears.
