MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - Those looking to relax and enjoy the fall colors are in luck, thanks to Rippling River Campground in Marquette.

This Friday, Rippling River will host their first fall hayrides. The hayrides are free to all ages, as well as complimentary hot cider.

Rides start at 4 p.m. at the Rippling River main office building and run until 7 p.m. After the hayrides, they are hosting a river-side bonfire.

"We just want people to see the campground that haven't been here before. Just give them an opportunity to get out," said Campground Manager Joanna Emigh. "It's sometimes hard this time of year for people to get out and do things and see the colors. We just want people to relax and enjoy it, we'll have a bonfire going too, to keep people warm if it's a little chilly out. Just have a good time and come see what we're all about."

Rippling River is open to campers year-round. They are celebrating their one year anniversary October 20.
