U.P. Children’s Museum is all set for their 19th annual Culinary Journey Sunday January 19th from 6 to 8 p.m.
Children’s Museum Director, Nheena Weyer Ittner says with 16 outstanding local chefs, the annual tradition offers you the world on a plate.
Chefs will be stationed all around the museum cooking their creative culinary masterpieces.
The eating extravaganza also features local craft beers and various wines. There's also live music by the Knockabouts.
Tickets for the eating extravaganza are $75 a piece or two tickets for $140 according to Weyer Ittner.
"Once you get in, everything is included and you can eat as much as you'd like or as little as you'd like. It's just a special event. And there are people that have been coming for years that look forward to this event, that wouldn’t miss it," Weyer Ittner announced.
All the chefs donate their time and materials to make the fund raiser a huge success.
The event typically raises roughly $15,000 which goes right back into maintaining and upgrading the Children's Museum.
Tickets usually go fast. So reserve them now while you can.
