UPDATE: New information about the search for missing Marquette man

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - UPDATE: Tuesday, Jan. 14, 11:55 a.m.
The investigation into the disappearance of Jody Dean Howe, 58, of Marquette continues.

Sergeant Kevin Ryan with the Michigan State Police, Negaunee Post, says new information has Howe at a store in Marquette on the morning of August 23, 2019.

Sergeant Ryan says it's been confirmed that Howe left Marquette.

Ryan says Howe went missing on August 23, 2019. He says this case is still active.

Troopers from the Michigan State Police Negaunee Post are investigating a missing person complaint. Troopers are asking for public assistance with locating Jody Dean Howe, 58, of Marquette.

Howe's family reported him missing on August 28, 2019. He was last seen at his home on August 21.
