Police looking for information, suspects in St. Ignace breaking and entering

ST. IGNACE, Mich. (WLUC) - The St. Ignace Police Department is investigating the breaking and entering of an unoccupied home.

The incident occurred between December 30, 2018, and January 10, 2019.

Once inside, the suspect(s) stole several long guns, a safe, a flat-screen TV, and an unknown amount of money. The homeowners are still taking an inventory of their possessions, to check for other possible stolen items.

The St. Ignace Police Department is being assisted by the Michigan State Police, Mackinac County Sheriff's Office, Sault Tribe Police, and the Mackinaw City Police Department.
