ESCANABA, Mich. (WLUC) - More than 100 booths set up for the TV6 Spring Craft Show that started in Escanaba Friday. This year’s show has a diverse assortment of booths - everything from candy, to soap, to pillows, and more. The craft show has been going on for roughly 15 years now, and show organizers say this is their biggest one yet.
Vendors from all over came to this weekend's event- including Robert Holbert from Saginaw Michigan, who makes his living off attending craft shows and selling candy.
"That's the way it was in the olden days. We use our craft to make our livings to put food on our table and it's kind of that way today,” said Holbert.
If you want a sample of Holbert’s candy, visit the Spring Craft Show at the Escanaba Fair Grounds Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Sunday, April 14, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
