NMU College of Business highlights online program for non-traditional students

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - Northern Michigan University is highlighting three programs available to non-traditional students who want to earn a degree online.

Two events this week, in Escanaba and Iron Mountain, will highlight the programs, which are for people who are already working that would like to earn a degree online. (WLUC Photo)

The programs are for applied science in management, health informatics, and master of business administration.

Dean of the College of Business Carol Johnson and College of Business Recruiter Dan Kill say the programs are meant for employed adults, who may already have an associate's degree, to take courses to earn a bachelor's degree, a graduate certificate, or earn an MBA.

Two events this week will highlight the programs for people who are interested in learning more about them.

The events will be Tuesday, Sept. 24 in Escanaba at the Comfort Inn and Wednesday, Sept. 25 in Iron Mountain at the Bay College West lower level commons. Both events are from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
