Menominee man sentenced for threatening workers at a business

MENOMINEE COUNTY, Mich. (WLUC) - UPDATE: 7/18, 5:45 p.m.
Clinton Lang received a delayed sentence of two years for attempt at making a false report of a threat or terrorism. He was also ordered to have no contact with Johnson Controls Inc. in Menominee.

*Update* Clinton Lang pled guilty at a re-arraignment on Friday, June 7. A sentencing trial is scheduled for July 18.

A Menominee man accused of making threats to workers at a business pleaded not guilty Friday.

41-year-old Clinton Lang is charged with making a false report of threat or terrorism.

On March 10 around 8:40 PM, officers from the Menominee Police Department responded to a report of threats being made. It was determined individuals that worked at Johnson Controls Inc. were being threatened.

A re-arraignment date is scheduled for June 7.
