MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - A Marquette teen arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was sentenced to probation Monday in Marquette County District Court.
Jordan Benz, 17, received six months of probation for breaking and entering inside a vehicle less than $200. He also received a delay of sentence, community service, and must pay fines and costs.
Benz was arrested with 17-year-old William Overmyer of Marquette.
Benz and Overmyer were arrested after Marquette City Police Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Blemhuber Avenue after reports of two subjects breaking into vehicles around 3:46 AM.
Overmyer will be sentenced on the 25th of April.
