Marquette man arrested for breaking into cars enters plea

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - A 17-year-old Marquette man has entered a plea in Marquette County Circuit Court.

William Overmyer was arrested for Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle to Steal Property under $200, Larceny from a Motor Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Posession of a Taser.

Overmyer plead guilty to one count of Larceny from a Motor Vehicle.

Overmyer was arrested with 17-year-old Jordan Benz in December.
Benz pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Marquette County District Court.

Benz is back in court on March 11 and Overmyer is set to be sentenced on April 12, 2019.
