MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - An identity services agency located in Marquette has switched locations.
The Peter White Public Library is now a partner location for IdentoGO. Its office was previously located in the Masonic Building on Washington Street.
IdentoGo provides background and fingerprinting services for a variety of state and federal programs, including TSA Pre-Check, TWIC Cards and teaching licensing.
Staff has been working on adding this service for close to six months.
“What’s good for from the library's perspective is, we are funded to provide this service, so it’s funding additional job opportunities here at the library. It also is bringing in folks who may not otherwise come to the library,” said Andrea Ingmire, Director of the Peter White Public Library.
The Marquette IdentoGO office can be found on the second floor of the library. The IdentoGO partner location is open from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
State services are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Federal services are available on Wednesday. Appointments are required for all services, which can be done online.
