Man arrested for felony home invasion in Forsyth Township

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLUC) - Forsyth Township Police have arrested a man on a felony home invasion charge.

44-year-old Kevin Ray Fisher is suspected of breaking into several residences and camps throughout Forsyth Township and Marquette County.

Fisher is currently lodges in the Marquette County Jail for absconding parole in the Grand Rapids area and resisting and obstructing an officer.

According to police, after absconding parole, Fisher had been living in the Little Lake area of Forsyth Township under an assumed name from a stolen identification.

A search warrant was conducted at the residence Fisher had been living at in Little Lake and police found evidence from several open cases.

Forsyth Township Police were assisted by the Michigan State Police, Negaunee City Police, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Fisher will be back in court on February 19.
