'Love your Library,' community members hug Peter White Public Library

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - Marquette's Peter White Public library is doing its part to get voters to the polls in November.

To show their support for the library's proposals on the November ballot, they invited community members to 'hug' the library. A chain of more than 50 people held hands in a circle around the library building to show some love.to show Peter White Public Library some love.

There are five different initiatives on the November ballot for the library system including Headlee overrides and service renewals.

"I am going to be very thankful this Thanksgiving because it's been very hectic there's been a lot happening," laughed Andrea Ingmire, Library Director. "But it's been great, there's a lot of wonderful things happening."
