Kingsford man arrested on drug charges, for maintaining a drug house

KINGSFORD, Mich. (WLUC) - A Kingsford man has been arrested by the Kingsford, Iron Mountain, Norway, and Dickinson (KIND) Drug Enforcement Team for his involvement in the delivery and manufacturing of drugs.

36-year-old Justin Rushing was arrested recently by the KIND team. He is charged with delivery/manufacture of cocaine/heroin/another narcotic (a felony punishable by up to 20 years and/or $25,000) and controlled substance-maintaining a drug house (a felony punishable by up to 2 years and/or $25,000).

No other details on this case have been released by law enforcement.
