HOUGHTON, Mich. (WLUC) - The Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce held their 21st annual golf outing Wednesday morning.

Businesses and organizations from all around the Copper Country came to the Portage Lake Golf Course for a round of golf.

Teams teed off at 9 a.m. Wednesday and played in a scramble format, with 8 golfers per team.

"We have over 130 people here today. This is a great networking opportunity for our members, to come out and enjoy a great day with their coworkers or friends, and have a good day of golf," said Tara Arens, the Chamber Manager for the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce.

Along with golfing, the outing had a raffle with prizes like tickets to a Michigan Tech hockey game, a brand new driver and a new kayak.
