CASPIAN, Mich. (WLUC) - The Iron County Historical Museum in Caspian closed out their 2017 summer season with a Christmas tree galleria.
This year's theme was "A Country Christmas."
Gift baskets put together by Iron River area businesses and residents were raffled off at the closing event, with proceeds going to the museum.
To celebrate the raffle and the end of the season, Iron River area Girl Scouts took to the stage and sang traditional Christmas Carols.
"We try to come up with different ways that the girls can give back to their community, I know we always hit everybody up for the Girl Scout cookies but now's our way to kind of give back to the community and so to teach the girls a little bit about the organization and to open up their voices," Girl Scout leader Sari Jacobson said.
