Gladstone High School hosts Career Fair

GLADSTONE, Mich. (WLUC) - Gladstone High School played host today to the first of two career fairs planned for Delta County schools over the next few days.

The event was organized by the Delta County College Access Network with assistance from the Delta / Schoolcraft ISD and the Delta County Community Foundation.

Almost 300 hundred students from Gladstone, Rapid River, Big Bay and Mid-Peninsula schools were able to attend.

Students were able to talk with almost 90 professionals representing more than 50 businesses as well as colleges and branches of the military.

Next Wednesday, Escanaba High School will be hosting a job fair for students from Hannahville, Bark River-Harris and Escanaba chools
