UPDATE: Crystal meth dealer arrested Tuesday, arraigned in court

ONTONAGON, Mich. (WLUC) - Update: Thursday, October 19th, 3:54 P.M:

The Ontonagon man arrested on Tuesday for possession of meth has been arraigned in court.

43-year-old Dion Jolliff of Ontonagon has been arraigned on 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine.

Jolliff has a probable cause conference scheduled for October 30th.

Detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) arrested a 43-year-old Ontonagon man on Tuesday, October 17th, on a three count warrant for Delivery of Methamphetamine.

The arrest is a result of a six month investigation by UPSET, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Department and Michigan State Police-Wakefield Post.

The name of the suspect will not be released at this time.

The investigation is ongoing and the case is still under review by the Ontonagon County Prosecutor’s Office.

No additional information is being released at this time.
