UPDATE: Crews battle fire in K.I. Sawyer 4-plex

No injuries were reported in a fire in a K.I. Sawyer four-plex Monday morning.

The fire was called in at 504 Invader St. just before 7:00 a.m.

The Forsyth Township Fire Department battled the fire with mutual aid from the Sands Township Fire Department, Skandia-West Branch Fire Department and Marquette County Rescue 131.

According to Forsyth Township firefighter Bill Nordeen, the cause of the fire is under investigation.

According to a viewer report to TV6 & FOX UP, one family lost everything in the fire, and is in need of donations. Donations can be made to the American Best Hotel in Marquette.

Items needed include:

Dad - 2X in shirts, 32-34 pants

Mom - 2X in shirts, 1X in stretch pants, size 18 jeans

13- and 14-year-old boys - Large men's shirts, 32-24 and 34-34 pants, size 8 and 11 shoes.

9-year-old girl - Large in juniors, size 5 pants, 8.5 size shoes
