MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – This Saturday, Taste the Local Difference welcomes everyone to get a taste of the U.P. The third annual MQT Local Food Fest is at the Ramada Inn from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

“I hope people get inspired whether it be to spend $5 more a week on local food for themselves or to maybe get to know their farmers or maybe just that simple appreciation of the chefs that are in the kitchen slaving over those delicious meals we eat,” said Palzewicz .

Tickets are $25 in advance via Facebook or Eventbrite and $35 at the door.

This event is made possible by Ojibwa Casino, Downtown Marquette Farmers Market, Farm Bureau Insurance – The Huber Agency, U.P.
