It's an effort to bring together the general community, architects, builders, contractors and students to educate and promote accessibility throughout the Upper Peninsula. SAIL believes that creating more accessible communities for citizens will improve physical and mental health of those living with disabilities as well as enrich the lives of those who are currently abled.

The event is Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Marquette Holiday Inn. Lunch is included with the $25 ticket. Free tickets are available to students.
