ESCANABA, Mich. (WLUC) - A man who was arrested earlier this year for his involvement in the sale and distribution of crystal meth pleaded guilty in a Delta County court on Wednesday.
40-year-old Glen Thomas Lavance entered a guilty plea for controlled substance-deliver/manufacture-methamphetamine. The charge of maintaining a drug house and the habitual offender notice was dismissed.
Lavance was arrested back in February after an extensive investigation by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team. Two other people, Taylor Shanahan and Zachary Tryan, were arrested with Lavance. Both Tryan and Shanahan have already been sentenced. Lavance’s sentencing is set for November 25.
