PHDM scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments for April clinics in Escanaba, Menominee

The clinics are for those ages 18+, as the Moderna vaccine will be used for each clinic.

ESCANABA, MENOMINEE, Mich. (WLUC) - Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) is scheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments for any individual age 18 and older who lives or works in Delta or Menominee counties.

Upcoming clinics are April 5 and April 14 at the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay College, Escanaba; and April 7 and April 13 at the Pullman House/Whistle Stop Restaurant in Menominee.

Those who schedule an appointment with PHDM will be receiving the Moderna vaccine, and will be given a second shot appointment four weeks after receiving the first dose. The Moderna vaccine is currently only approved for those 18 years old and older.

Appointments will continue to be available online as clinics are scheduled.

A link to the online scheduler is available on the PHDM website and on PHDM’s Facebook page. Individuals who are unable to schedule an appointment online can call 906-786-4111 for appointments in Escanaba or 906-863-4451 for assistance to schedule their appointment in Menominee.
