MARQUETTE -- The Marquette City Police have made an arrest in a meth lab case that dates back to October.
Twenty-four-year-old Charles Deangelo Rogers is charged with operating a meth lab and possession of meth lab components.
The case began October 18 with a report of a possible exposure to a military toxic nerve agent that caused a lockdown at Bell and Marquette General Hospitals.
The investigation led police to a residence at 1950 Presque Isle Avenue in Marquette where they found an active meth lab.
Rogers remains in jail and is scheduled to be in court December 14.
