Poll: Hiding Tobacco Products

New York's mayor wants the city's retailers to have to keep tobacco products out of sight. The proposal is the first of its kind in the nation, and it's aimed at reducing the youth smoking rate. The legislation would require stores to keep tobacco products in cabinets, drawers, under the counter, behind a curtain or in other concealed spots. They could only be visible during restocking, or when an adult is making a purchase.

Tonight on in the Daily Pulse we're wondering: Should retailers be required to keep tobacco products out of sight in their stores? Yes or no? Why or why not?
