MARQUETTE -- Northern Michigan University's Superior Dome will soon be packed with goods for this weekend's U.P. Builders Show.

This will be the 39th year for the event.  This year the show will feature a brand new layout.  Approximately 150 vendors are registered to showcase their work.

The show includes things like home construction and renovations, architecture, and landscapers.

"It's a great way for our exhibitors to display their new products and get their names out there, from over 7,000 to 10,000 spectators, over a course of a weekend," said show coordinator, Ross Broughton.

Organizers say many of the builders offer special deals for the event.

For those interested in going, you'll have the whole weekend to do so.  The show hours:  Friday at 5-9 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission fees: $3 for adults and children, 13 and over; $2 for senior citizens, 65 and over; $1 for children, 6-12; children 5 and under are free.
