Man faces multiple criminal sexual conduct charges involving children

IRON RIVER -- An Iron River man was arraigned for multiple criminal sexual conduct charges in Iron County court on Friday.

Fifty-four-year-old Dennis Alan Johnson appeared for arraignment on Friday with three separate felony files. Johnson has two counts of criminal sexual conduct first degree and three counts in the second degree.

All of the counts relate to conduct against children ages 13 and under. The first degree counts are punishable by up to life in prison and the second degree by up to 15 years.

The judge set a cash bond at $50,000. Johnson is scheduled for a preliminary examination on March 4 at 9:15 a.m.
