MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP -- One of the two suspects in the break-in of a Marquette Township business is expected to make a plea.

Jerry William Hedrich and James Michael Hall were arrested for the break-in at the EZ Stop in November of 2012, allegedly making off with cigarettes, alcohol, and other items.

Hedrick is scheduled to make a plea deal on January 18 in Marquette County Circuit Court. He is currently facing a felony charge of breaking and entering.
