Arraignment waived in accidental shooting

IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain woman charged in an accidental shooting waived her arraignment in Dickinson County Court Monday.

Danielle Kuenzer, 34, is facing two misdemeanor charges of careless discharge of a firearm causing injury or death and reckless use of a firearm.

Authorities say in November, Kuenzer was attempting to harm herself when a family member intervened and both were hurt in the altercation.

Kuenzer will return to court for a pretrial on February 4.
