IRON MOUNTAIN -- On Tuesday, 20-year-old Dakota Fuller waved his preliminary hearing in Dickinson County District Court and was bound over to Circuit Court.
The Dickinson County Prosecutor's Office is charging the Felch man with unlawful driving away in an automobile fourth offense.
The charges stem from a car that was reported stolen in Marinette of which witnesses spotted the defendant driving.
The same vehicle was also spotted in Marquette prior to an armed robbery which Fuller is also a suspect in.
He will appear in Circuit Court January 7 at 9 a.m.
