NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP -- According to the Central Dispatch in Negaunee Township and the Michigan Department of Transportation,  M-28 between Harvey and Wetmore is now open.

The road was closed to through traffic late Tuesday and remained closed all day Wednesday.

Police suggest use caution when driving in this area as there are some snow covered and slippery spots.
