EAST LANSING (AP) -- Michigan State controls its own destiny in the Big Ten football title race, sort of.

If the 10th-ranked Spartans win their last two regular season games, they'll finish, at worst, in a tie atop the conference, but that doesn't guarantee a trip to the Rose Bowl.

Michigan State is one of four teams with one Big Ten loss, and it's hard to predict how the tiebreaker would work in the event of a first-place tie.  So coach Mark Dantonio says his priority is to win at least a share of the conference championship.

The Spartans are off this week before hosting Purdue on Nov. 20.

Dantonio says wide receiver Keshawn Martin will be healthy by the time Michigan State plays again.  He's been recovering from an injured knee.
