Nomination #1 Twisted Sister Wrister: Marquettes Molly Matson lets it rip against manistique in the Girls 19U House Recreational State Tournament over the weekend at Lakeview Arena. Marquette won the game 6-0 and won the Tournament on Sunday afternoon.

Nomination #2 Upset City: Houghton's Aaron Kolehmainen with nice feed to Jed Kallio and the finish. The Gremlins upset the Copper Kings 5-1 for their first Regional Title since 2004.

Nomination #3 Electrified: In Game Three of the best of three series between the Marquette Electricians and the Detroit Falcons, Jesse Junttila scores in overtime to give the Electros a 1-0 F/OT win and they take the series 2-1.
