Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush, along with Head Coach Greg Poss, announced today the team has agreed to terms with forward Greger Hanson.

Hanson, 23, heads to the Sunshine State after a productive four-year career at Northern Michigan University.  The speedy 5-10, 185-pound forward accumulated 112 career points (40g, 72a) while with the Wildcats from 2007-2011.  The Lidingo, Sweden native was a near point-per-game player during the 2009-10 season, logging 38 points (16g, 22a) in just 40 games played.

"Greger consistently put up good numbers at the collegiate level," said Poss.  "He is a fast skater with good skills and can be a big contributor on the power play."

The Everblades 2011-12 training camp opens Friday, September 30.  The team’s first practice will take place at 2:45 p.m. on that day in the green rink inside Germain Arena.
