GREEN BAY, WI (AP) --

Donald Driver's rambling catch-and-run for a 61-yard touchdown broke open a tight game in the third quarter, and the Green Bay Packers went on to beat the San Francisco 49ers 34-16 on Sunday.

Greg Jennings caught six passes for 122 yards and a pair of touchdowns for the Packers (8-4), who picked up a critical win as they try to make a push for the playoffs in the final month of the season.

Vernon Davis had 126 yards receiving and a touchdown for the 49ers (4-8).

It was a wintry day at Lambeau Field, with temperatures in the 20s and a stiff, steady 16 mile-per-hour wind that seemed to throw off the Packers' passing game early on.
