Northern Michigan University women’s basketball coach Troy Mattson announced the signing of Breanna Gaspervich from East Troy, Wis. to a National Letter of Intent during the early signing period.

Gaspervich, a 5-foot-5 guard from East Troy High School, is the top ranked point guard in the state of Wisconsin for the class of 2013. She is a two-time all-state selection and last year’s Rock Valley North Conference Player of the Year.

Gaspervich averaged 19.8 points, 5.9 steals, 4.8 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game last season. Her team was 24-3 and was conference champions and State Quarterfinalists for the first time in school history.
