The NMU volleyball team (16-1) went down in defeat for the first time this season, losing to No. 20 Indianapolis at the GLVC/GLIAC Crossover Tournament.  The Greyhounds took the match in three straight sets.

NMU lost the first and third sets 15-25.  The second set was close with nine ties and four lead changes, but the Greyhounds prevailed, 22-25.

The ‘Cats committed 25 errors and recorded only a .094 attack percentage in the match.  Sami Vierk led the ‘Cats with 13 kills.  Abby Lovell had 30 assists and Ana Lopes had 13 digs while Becca Feurherd had 10.
