Locals had good showings
BARK RIVER -- For the fourth and final time this summer, the best off road drivers in the Traxxas Series hit the dirt at the Bark River International Raceway with this season winding down.
The local guys did alright Sunday afternoon--Bark River's Scott Beauchamp bounced back from a Saturday wreck and took first place in the super stock race.
Iron River native Chris Bowser finished third, then he went out and won the enduro truck race as well.
Stephenson's Matt Ives finished right behind him in second place.
Wilson's Brad Ericksson finished fourth in the 1600 race.
Drivers will head to Chicagoland in two weeks, then finish off the season in Crandon, WI in early September.
