BOYNE MOUNTAIN -- The Marquette Boys captured the Michigan Division One Skiing state title Monday at Boyne Mountain.  The Marquette Girls were third.

D-1 Girls - 1.  T.C. Central  81,   2.  Walled Lake Central  92,   3.  Marquette  113

The Houghton Boys were third in the Division Two Skiing State Finals at Marquette Mountain.  Kingsford's Mandy Haferkron (via Iron Mountain) won the individual state crown in the slalom.
