Mountain bike race against Breast Cancer
MUNISING -- Mountain Bike season conitues to wind down, but not without the 5th Annual Tour da Woods Mountain Bike Race in Munising first.
There were two races actually, a 15 mile Red Deer Run and the 30 mile race. The 30 mile began deep in the Hiawatha National Forest this morning and riders finished in Downtown Munising just around noon .
The race is presented by the Anna River Pedalers out of Munising and proceeds benefit the Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation.
The winner in the 30 mile race was Jesse Bell of Ishpeming.
And the winner of the 15 mile variety was Joseph Rasicot of Wilson.
