STATE TEAM BOWLING FINALS - at Jackson
The Ishpeming Boys team qualified first in Division Three.  Ishpeming won its quarterfinal and semifinal, but it lost to Livonia Clarenceville 1,235-1,205 in the final.  The Hematites took home the state runner-up trophy.
The Ishpeming Girls snuck in as the eighth and final qualifier in Divison Three.  Ishpeming defeated the top seed, Croswell-Lexington in teh quarterfinal, but the Hematites lost to Grand Rapids South Christian in the semifinals.
