Police seek safe's owner

KEWEENAW COUNTY -- The Michigan State Police have reported the recovery of a safe submerged in Trap Rock River in Keweenaw County.

The safe, which officials say has been submerged for some time, has had the bottom cut with a torch. The safe, which has caster wheels, was found in the river near Bootjack Road.
