Prison time for man involved in home invasion

MUNISING -- The third man involved in last years home invasion will be spending the next decade in prison.

Last winter, 30-year-old Isaac Cotto and three others broke into a Munising man's home, tied him up and robbed him.

In court Wednesday, the defendant was sentenced to a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 30 years for charges of armed robbery, home invasion and unlawful imprisonment. He will also be required to pay approximately $800 in court costs.

Before being sentenced, Cotto apologized to the victim and the court for his actions.
