MARQUETTE -- The man involved in a meth bust resulting in a lock down of two area hospitals was sentenced on Monday.
Twenty-four-year-old Charles Rogers was sentenced in Marquette District Court on Monday afternoon. He'll serve one year of probation.Earlier Rogers reached a plea agreement in which he plead guilty to possession of marijuana while other charges were dismissed. This case stems from an October incident where authorities received a report of a possible exposure to a World War II nerve agent. This caused a lockdown at Bell and Marquette General hospitals.
Rogers sentence is conditional based him passing a drug screening.
